Design Feasibility
Our Design team specialises in conducting multi-site evaluations to support feasibility studies. We leverage our GIRS accreditations and liaise with gas transporters to assess network pressure and capacity, providing comprehensive site evaluation reports. These reports include confirmation of network capacity, reinforcement costs, project delivery timescales, and fixed-cost infrastructure and metering expenses.
Network Capacity Management
DEC offers flexible solutions to avoid construction contract lock-ins before securing capacity. We can secure capacity while obtaining planning permissions and finalizing funding arrangements. Additionally, we offer the ability to lock down fixed construction costs at any stage of the project, enhancing project viability.
Construction Services
DEC provides end-to-end design and project management services for all project aspects, including infrastructure and connection, metering services, supplier contracts, downstream pipework, and CDM compliance. Our goal is to tailor construction packages to individual project needs, with milestone payment schedules that align with funding arrangements
Drone Services
DEC has an in-house, fully accredited drone pilot who we can provide to clients to capture aerial views of project sites, pipeline runs or proposed connection routes
Most on-site projects require a utility survey—an essential step that must be completed efficiently and without significantly impacting ongoing costs.
