THE KEY ASPECTS OF THE DECÂ BUSINESS MODEL ARE:
Risk reduction
We understand that the historical inflexibility of utility companies and network operators, has increased the risks around investing in decentralised energy generation. The DEC model has been developed on the back of investor feedback. Our key objective is to disrupt industry standard practise, and place our customers back in control of network capacity, and project delivery.
Network interface
Our accreditations and strategic network relationships enable DEC to secure capacity on behalf of our customers, without having to commit to UIP construction contracts. This avoids tie-in to cumbersome T&C’s at the design/planning stage. Providing the investor and EPC with flexibility at the project development stage to make changes should market conditions alter.
